Please carefully read the following terms and conditions before using “Paintstorm Studio”. The license agreement is the contract between you and “Paintstorm Studio Developers Team”. By using the “Paintstorm Studio” you are agreeing to all the limitations and rules provided by “Paintstorm Studio Developers Team”. In case you do not agree with the following license agreement, you should not use or download or store “Paintstorm Studio”.
*** BASIC LICENSE AGREEMENT ***
1. Paintstorm Studio is a result of the intellectual property of “Paintstorm Studio Developers Team” and is protected by intellectual property laws. You will be able to use “Paintstorm Studio” only within the scope of the current license agreement. In case you do not agree to the terms set forth, please do not use or download or store “Paintstorm Studio”.
2. “Paintstorm Studio” and all accompanying files are licensed “AS IS” without warranties as to performance or merchantability or any other warranties whether expressed or implied. Because of the various hardware and software environments in which “Paintstorm Studio” may be operated, no warranty of fitness for a particular purpose is offered.
3. You may not, nor permit or allow others to, sell, distribute, rent, loan, lease, sub-license “Paintstorm Studio”.
4. “Paintstorm Studio” and the accompanying files should not be reverse-engineered, disassembled, decompiled etc.
5. You shall comply with all relevant import and export laws, rules and regulations affecting “Paintstorm Studio” or any portion of it, including the limited-function evaluation copy.
