Spacing – distance between two dots of dash. (depends on “size brush”)
Fixation check button – cancells dependence from the size of the brush. If it is turned on, spacing works as actual distance between pixels. It is recommended to turn on only for flat bristle brushes, as it can make your computer capacity goes down.
Blue – fixation disabled; Red – fixation enabled:
With spacing 0:
as you see fixation requires only for flat shapes, round brushes are the same. But with “no fixation” brush works much faster.
Scatter – dispersion dots of stroke
Scat. density – a multiplier of “scatter”
Both axis check button – disperse to X and Y. If turned off, dispersion goes to Y concerning angle “Angle 1”(parameter «Angle 1» influence rotation angle of points).

If scatter is enabled: you can toggle “add to guides” for any parameter to distribute points by the graph:
If Random controller is enabled for Scatter the points will be distributed not from center but from Random graph
