Center Rotation of Canvas Angle

One of my favorite features of CLIP Studio Paint is that the angle/rotate canvas is centered, if that makes sense.
Basically, the user would be at 0, then he or she could adjust the slider to the left (counterclockwise) -180º or the right (clockwise) +180º.
Currently it is set at 0 and the user can go up to 360º, but only clockwise.
It might sound trivial, but having the option would be nice. After going to CLIP Studio Paint from Photoshop, I tried switching back, but I couldn't live without the flip canvas (which Paintstorm has now) or the rotate canvas quick keys.
