Can't move layers after update to 1.5

Just updated to 1.5 and was playing around and it seems I can't move around layers... folders or anything.

I can make new layers, new folders, and I can paint on them, but I can't then move other layers into the folder or otherwise arrange them in the layer panel at all.

Not sure if you've tried but you can click on the layer and hold it will highlight and allow you to drag it. Not very intuitive feeling at all they should just easily drag at all times.

yes - first click - select, second click+hold = drag.

Ah~ I see my issue the delay on the hold is way to high.

Can we get that lowered? there's really no reason to have such an extreme delay on the "hold" before drag.
The animation could also stand to speed up by around 2x as well.

I just wanted to say that I bought this program a month ago and was very excited to start using it. However upon encountering this issue I completely gave up on the program since it immediately becomes useless if you cannot reorder layers. I just wanted to make sure the creators know that this is a significant issue as the first time I looked it up (before this was posted), I could not find a fix and therefore just moved back to other programs.

But how to select multiple layers and group them?
Just tried with alt, shift, ctrl - as result cursor shown as eyedropper and bugged (still can select any other tool with hotkey, but cant use it because eyedropper active )

Еще потыкался со слоями и теперь оно крашится при создании группы. )
