weird interface issue

Hi! So this started happening after about a month of using paintstorm studio. It's the only software this happens with. I have rebooted multiple times already. I don't know where to start

As long as I don't press or clic anywhere, my cursor is fine
As soon as I clic, the cursor offsets a good 4 inches down in the canvas.
If I hover on the interface, the cursor goes back up instantly, but the highlighted selections are 4 inches under the cursor.
If I hover back to the canvas, the cursor goes back 4 inches lower.

This suddenly started happening and it's the only software on which it does that.

Try to enable Menu-File-Tablet settings-Coordinate mouse mode.
