Colour Dropper toggle

Just bought this software, liking it so far, it has great potential.

One thing I've noticed is that the colour dropper toggle operates in a strange manner. The way I imagine it should work is that if you hit ALT your tool becomes the dropper, but if you hold down ALT then release it you toggle to the dropper and back again to your brush.

What I've found is that -

If I press hold down ALT, select a colour, raise the pen from the tablet and then release ALT the toggle works, which is what I want.

If I press hold down ALT, select a colour then release ALT with the pen still on the canvas I remain in colour picker mode, meaning I have to select the brush tool to carry on.

Is this something that can be resolved?
