Program fails to launch correctly.

Paintstorm version 1.31 x64

Installed on Windows 8 laptop.
Program launched fine the first 3 times but it does not launch properly anymore after the loading screen. It shows that it is open in the task bar and task manager but when I click on it, it doesn't display.
I have tried deleting and reinstalling but it still doesn't work.

Any suggestions? Please help! Thanks.

Resolved:

Uninstalled program and delete the folder C:\Users\YOURNAME\Documents\Paintstorm Studio

Reboot

Reinstall program. Run as admin.
