Color indicator disappears or in wrong place

The small circular color indicator/picker on the color wheel (triangle) disappears and/or shows in the wrong place when swapping between primary/secondary colors. It will show up on one, but not the other. The colors are fine, just the thing that shows where it is on the triangle is wrong or missing entirely. See screenshots. This happens the same with keyboard shortcut and the arrow toggle.
