Cannot load groupicon, cannot load form

Couldn't open paintstorm,the application said cannot load groupicon ,cannot load form. It is the 3rd time of this issue,it can be fixed by reinstalling,but all the brushes and settings will be reset, there are some troubles with my program or OS ,I suppose.

try next:
1)backup "Documents/Paintstorm Studio/Brush"
2)Delete Documents/Paintstorm Studio/
3)rewrite clean "Documents/Paintstorm Studio/Brush" by your backuped copy
