Drag and Drop SINGLE file Error

Getting "Multiply Error files support" from a Single file. Can't drag and drop Single file from FastStone or TotalCommander, works only from WindowsExplorer (never use it since Windows 3.11). It is very uncomfy. While having long way to a picture, always need a copy to nearest folder to the root.

The same thing also with XnView and IrfanView. But works with ACDSee and AdobeBridge.
So, am I only one who use FastStone and TotalCommander?
