Intel Graphic Card and God of Random

Hi,
I have some problems with usage of paintstorm on my laptop. The speed of work of paintstorm studio RANDOMLY varies from launch to launch: sometimes the speed is normal, sometimes is about 1 fps (I mean the rendering speed of the user interface).
Unfortunately I have to use only integrated graphic card (intel) because my discrete card is broken and works with artifacts. But speed of work of paintstorm studio with discrete card is always fast, but it works with artifacts.

Work environment:
OS: Windows 10 Pro 1709 build 16299.64
Processor: Intel Core i3 3310M 2.4 GHz
Integrated graphic card: Intel HD Graphics 4000 (supports only opengl 4.0)
Discrete graphic card: Geforce GT 720M (supports last versions of opengl including 4.6)
RAM: 8 Gb

What possible reasons and fixes of that behavior?

Can you attach the screenshot? what kind of artifacts? Did you try to update graphics card drivers?

The artifacts of my NVIDIA graphics card have nothing to do with the work of PSS. I asked about strange PSS behaviour on my Intel Graphics card. I have latest version of driver for Intel Graphics card.

I am aware that it is very difficult bug. Perhaps somehow related to parallelism of rendering of interface of panitstorm studio or some deadlocks or I don't know. Sometimes this bug appears, sometimes it does not. Sometimes I can use paintstorm studio, sometimes it doesn't allow me to use PSS, because speed is very slow.

Try to run Paintstorm straight after the PC reboot

The issue:

Probable solution:
https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/win ... 79b344d113

I rolled back the driver to the previous version (10.18.10.3282 for Windows 8.1 x64 (driver date 26.08.2013)) how describes in microsoft forum. And it solved my problem with Paintstorm Studio. Maybe this information will be useful to someone.
