Artifacts in brush strokes with GPU acceleration

I attempted to make a post about this a few days earlier, but it seems it didn't work as I still can't see it. So I'll keep this one short.

I am getting artifacts with each brush stroke when GPU acceleration is enabled. The artifacts do not appear if GPU acceleration is disabled.

I can easily reproduce the issue, I just turn up the brush size on default brush called "Brush". Even easier when using "Classic Blend Brush".

System details:

Paintstorm Studio 64-bit 2.00-040417
Windows 10 64-bit 1703 (Creators Update)

Radeon R9 380 4GB
Crimson ReLive Edition 17.4.3 (latest stable)
Crimson ReLive Edition 17.4.4 (latest beta)

Try to reset this brush to default, and restart the Paintstorm. Is it still happens?

Yes, even after resetting the brush the issue still remains, well if I increase the brush size to be large again that is. Even after deleting "Documents\Paintstorm Studio" folder the issue still remains.

New beta driver Crimson ReLive Edition 17.5.1 seems to have fixed this.

A WHQL version of Crimson ReLive Edition 17.4.4 is out now and is now the latest stable driver, but it still suffers from the artifacting. So need to upgrade to new beta driver Crimson ReLive Edition 17.5.1.

I have encountered the same bug a couple of times and decided to take the action. I cannot express how much I like Paintstorm Studio, so I want it to work smoothly as possible.

These artifacts happened after resizing the sketch bigger (selected the whole sketch -> resized with the tool next to the "Capture Form"). GPU acceleration was on. Other specs:
Paintstorm Studio 64-bit 2.00-040417
Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit
Intel Core i7 3770K @ 3.50GHz
Intel HD Graphics 4000 (ASRock)
2047MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 Ti (ASUStek Computer Inc)

If there is any information you need, give me a shout.

E: It was too late when I realized I posted this in the wrong thread. This was where I was supposed to post http://www.paintstormstudio.com/forum/v ... f=6&t=4062
