License file stopped working

Hi there,

My version of Paintstorm was gifted to me when my brother bought a two-for-one special. I can't reset the hardware ID since I presume that the login is under his email address.

The trouble is that my Paintstorm license stopped working (no hardware ID change that I know of) and when I put the email address in, it's saying that all licenses have been used. There's no way that I can see to put in my hardware ID.

I've emailed support but have not gotten a response yet.

If still not solved - write your suggestion to info@paintstormstudio.com (we can't ask your account data at the public forum) also - mail support anywhere faster.)
