I tried to add new swatches to the custom swatches using Ctrl or Alt hotkey and is not working. I uninstalled the app and then reinstalled the app and the same: not adding new watches. It was working before the update. it is just for the new (last) version (2.0). Maybe I am missing something or the way to add swatches changed. Could you please help me on this issue ??
By the way, excellent app and the last update is really awesome.

Re: Adding swatches not working on iPad Pro last version (2.0)
You can try to change workspace preset or global scale or the scale of swatches panel.
Re: Adding swatches not working on iPad Pro last version (2.0)
I followed all your suggestions and still the app doesn't respond to add new swatches.
As I said, before the update I added new swatches to the custom swatches and the app was responding well. After the update, It doesn't work this feature. What else can I do ? Please help on this issue.

Hm... you can try to clean reinstall, to do this delete folder "Documents/Paintstorm Studio" manually and restart the PSS shortcut.
also... it could be some tablet issue, did you tried to do it by mouse?

Re: Adding swatches not working on iPad Pro last version (2.0)
Thanks for your answer.
I tried the following:
1. Went to settings and deleted the app and It deleted the app and all the data of this app.
2. Reinstalled the app
3. Turn Off and then Turn On the iPad
After all this actions I opened the app (PSS) and still there is no response adding swatches.
I decided to restore the iPad to factory settings .... and still the same situation.
I think there is nothing wrong with the iPad. All my apps are working fine. And again as I said the app (PSS) was working well before the last update (2.0). Another option is to move back to the previous version, is that possible ? and how can I do that ..
Well, by now a way to create a palette is using the mixer window and wait until the next update to see if this issue is fixed.
Thanks anyway.
