Export as (with resize)

Since we have now native PSS file format, it makes sense to add option to export current image (as png. jpg etc), without changing current file path. It would be great if export option have build in - resize (since often you may want to work in big resolution, but export downsized version for internets)
This kind of functions overload menu and UI.
