A Blending Mode title under the Layer's name.

I didn't realize how it helpful until tried SAI2.

Didn't quite understand the question. Do you mean "how it works"? This feature is integrated in SAI, when you use layers with various blending modes you can fast navigate to necessary layer without examine each layer.
