Can't the text tool input Chinese?

In the iOS PSS, I can’t use the text tool to input Chinese. Only can input English or number.
I don’t know it’s my using problem or the software feature doesn’t allow it.

And another question, when I import an “abr” brush, it seem always had a mistakes. It’s not what it was supposed to be.
Same brush in the PSS is not same to the Photoshop.

Abr importing only brush shape and textures, all other settings inherit from the current selected Paintstorm brush.
