How to change size of menus

I amusing Paintstorm on my MAC Desktop. The menu fonts and menus are very small. Too small for my eyes. Is there a way to enlarge the size. I cannot even see the icons clearly due to their small size on the screen. For example, the words Ile Edit Image across the top are so small that I only knew them from memory and a magnifying glass. Help!
