No longer reading pressure: Cintiq 13HD

I had pressure until very recently. I don't know if it was a Windows update, a Wacom driver update, or a Paintstorm update, but I don't have pressure anymore.

I've tried all settings in File>Tablet Settings (all 3 modes + turning on or off coordinate mouse mode).

I have pressure in Photoshop, Windows Ink is enabled in the Wacom settings.

What am I missing?

Also you can try to delete wacom drivers, reboot PC and install it again.
