COlour change?

im bit confused right here , it seems like the brush somewhat didnt stick to my original colour pallette? [ supposed to be red colour as shown on the colour wheel but i got purple instead ] how do i fix this

Does it happen for all brushes and all colors works with a shift? If no, check h,u,e sliders in color section (there are out of screenshot)
