Hello, new paintstorm user here! I bought a licence last week and then spur of the moment we bought a new comp so now I would like a second. Is there a way to add the second at a discounted price^ I logged in and tried to buy hoping it would recognize my previous purchase but it didn't. Any help would be appreciated!

Second question, I already asked this through a contact form a few days ago and received no response, is it better to just ask here if I have questions in the future?
