How to add custom colors to the custom swatch panel on an ipad?

You can enable alt, ctrl, shift buttons in menu-file-define hot buttons, use this buttons + click at the swatches cell

Holding control anndd clicking custom swatch cell no longer replaces swatch with selected colour

I am experiencing the same issue. Meanwhile I am using the mixer window to create my palette. Hope this issue is fixed the next update.
